The City terminated the contract with the original contractor at Frontier Heights Park. A new contract has been signed with Diverse Earthworks through an emergency procurement process.

The City will now work with this contractor to finalize the construction and get this park completed as soon as possible. Tentative opening date is scheduled for late July 2026.
