Staff have requested funding to plan this project from the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO) and Snohomish County Partnership grants. The City will know about the RCO grant at the conclusion of the state budget adoption.
The City was awarded a Snohomish County Partnership grant in March 2025 for $87,000.
