Help Shape Downtown Laramie: Survey Open and Events Scheduled!

The City of Laramie, Downtown Development Authority (DDA), and Laramie Main Street Alliance (LMSA) are continuing work on the Laramie Downtown Plan, a collaborative effort to guide the future of Downtown Laramie. Two new opportunities to get involved in the planning process are now available!

Downtown Plan Survey Now Open
The project survey is now live and available to the public. It asks community members about how they use Downtown today, what they value most, and what improvements or changes they would like to see in the future. Topics include housing, local businesses, public spaces, transportation, and Downtown’s role as a community gathering place. The survey takes about 10 minutes or less to complete and helps ensure the plan reflects community priorities.

Public Engagement Events Scheduled
The project team will also host a series of public engagement activities as part of the Downtown Plan Charrette, a multi-day planning workshop focused on Downtown’s future. These sessions will take place at the Laramie Railroad Depot (600 S 1st St) and include community interviews, business and property owner work sessions, and public visioning workshops.
