Wood Lane Pre-Planning Consultation

Leeds City Council is planning to submit a planning application to build a new two-storey apartment building on land off Wood Lane in Rothwell. 

The proposal will help to deliver much needed affordable housing locally in Rothwell and will make good use of a previously developed (brownfield) site. 

Before submitting the application, we want to hear from local residents. This consultation gives the community the chance to learn more about the proposals and to share their views. This will allow us to take these into account before the planning application is submitted.

This leaflet explains how you can comment on the proposal and the planning application.

Local Ward Members have been also been consulted on the scheme.
