Tom Nevers Debris Removal Update

During the past week, the project team has made consistent progress in identifying buried materials within the work zone at the former Naval Base at Tom Nevers Field. In collaboration with the general contractor, Wickson Construction Company, and VR Habilis, the Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) specialists are systematically sweeping the site to locate subsurface objects.

Each item is methodically excavated, identified, classified, and disposed of according to strict safety protocols. This process will continue in the coming weeks as the team advances into the access ramp, maintaining focus on safety, precision, and steady progress.
