The project team expanded the work area to include the area south of the roller hockey rink and spent the past week removing pockets of buried debris in that section.

Geophysical survey teams from Hager-Richter were also on site to conduct a Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) survey of the proposed Phase 2 debris removal area. The survey will provide a clearer understanding of what may be buried in that area and help develop a more accurate cost estimate as the Town prepares to seek funding for Phase 2 at Town Meeting.
