12 & 12R Bartlett Road Acquisition
March 2022 - Affordable Housing Trust acquired the adjacent parcels at 12 and 12R Bartlett Road for $2.6 million to support future affordable housing development under existing zoning.
Comprehensive Affordable Housing RFP
October 2024 - The Finance Department issued a bundled RFP for affordable housing that included 135 & 137 Orange Street, 16 Vesper Lane, and 12 & 12R Bartlett Road to streamline development and expand workforce housing opportunities.
RFP Review Process Underway
Proposals were due by March 21, 2025, and the Procurement Office is assembling a review committee to evaluate submissions for the affordable housing projects.
