Resident Survey Announcement

In collaboration with the City of Bloomington and the McLean County Regional Planning Commission, the Town is currently seeking resident input for the next Consolidated Plan (2025-2029). An electronic survey is available in English, Spanish and French. Paper surveys are available by request at cdbg@normalil.gov. The results of the survey will play a vital role is establishing the priorities for the next Consolidated Plan.
