Fill in the annual budget survey now on our Let's Talk Money Commonplace page.
North Yorkshire Council is in the second year of providing many of your local services, from rubbish collection and recycling, public health, social care and education, roads, transport and leisure services as well as support for businesses.
This week (21 October) we launched our annual budget consultation – we want to hear your views and pinpoint the key priorities for North Yorkshire Council’s budget for the next financial year.
Please take part in the survey which will help inform decisions on the 2025/26 budget and the Council Plan to 2029. The survey closes on 9 December 2024
And, if you haven’t already done so, there’s still time to fill in Let’s Talk Active – nearly 3,000 people have already told us how they keep active and what their barriers are, to help us plan services for the future. The survey closes on 4 November 2024.
There are several ways you can take part in Let’s Talk:
- You can fill in our surveys online on the Let's Talk Money Commonplace page.
- If you would prefer, you can pick up a paper copy from your local library or main local office and return it in the envelope provided.
- You can also email letstalk@northyorks.gov.uk or call 0300 131 2 131 (please say ‘Let’s Talk’ when prompted) to request a survey.
- Or you can write to:
