TMC Renovation Progress as of July 31, 2025

The project remains on schedule as crews continue working toward completion.

Renovation work at the recreation center continues to progress steadily. Key updates include:

Tile Installation: Tile surfaces throughout the facility are continuing to be installed.
Interior Painting: Painting of surfaces across the center is ongoing.
Front Desk Millwork: New custom millwork at the front desk has been completed and installed.
Sewer Line Replacement: Tunneling under the south end of the building has been completed, and the site is now ready for sewer line replacement.
Basketball Equipment: New basketball backboards with integrated safety straps have been installed.
Divider Curtain: A new divider curtain has been fully installed, enhancing the flexibility of gymnasium space.
Court Reconfiguration: New pickleball and badminton court pole sleeves have been installed in a revised layout to improve playability and space utilization.
