2025 Bond Tracker
On May 3, 2025, voters approved seven propositions for Street Improvements, Public Safety Facilities, Fleet Operation Facilities, Library Facilities and Parks and Recreation Facilities Projects by issuing General Obligation (GO) bonds totaling $647,910,000.

Track the progress of projects in the 2025 Bond Program.
Projects were determined by the City Council in regular sessions after receipt of input by City staff, various Boards and Commissions including an eight-member Bond Referendum Citizen Advisory Committee and after receiving input from Plano residents at public meetings this winter. The projects included in the 2025 Bond Referendum were based on the City’s anticipated needs for the next four-year period and have a life span greater than 20 years.
