We are embarking on an exciting new improvement project aimed at enhancing city infrastructure and your day-to-day commuting experience in Plano. The project includes features like roadway improvements, pedestrian-friendly facilities, and traffic management upgrades which are marked for Plano Parkway.
Projects currently underway or beginning soon:
North Texas Municipal Water District's Spring Creek Forced Main Parallel Project
- Los Rios Boulevard to K Avenue
- Pavement repair is complete
- Total project estimated completion is spring 2025
Sidewalk Improvements
- Independence Parkway to Alma Drive
- Estimated completion is spring 2025
Intersection Improvement at Ohio Drive
- Estimated start date is late 2024
- Estimated completion is summer 2025
