Schell Park Master Plan
This project will create a comprehensive Park Master Plan guided by community input and outreach. Planned improvements include two new playgrounds with integrated shade structures, modern restroom facilities, renovated ball fields, an upgraded irrigation system, a new park pavilion, a reconfigured parking lot, a completed perimeter sidewalk, and site-wide grading and drainage enhancements.
