June 12th Work progress report

Hi Dougherty Field Skatepark supporters!

We are moving along as best we can, despite the rain. Artisan's team is getting the final transition feature (ramps, embankments, boxes, rails etc) complete in the main park areas. Now this week we'll be able to get into setting concrete in all the flat/ slab areas of the new park. This will connecte the features and be the groundplane for the new park.

Once the flatwork is completed over the next two weeks, we will get into water sealing and the final coping touches. Our last work areas will be the new entrance and entrance pads, and then curing will finish up. We will be nearing completion in that final phase of the project!
