Welcome to the Portland Health Equity Alignment, also known as "The Alignment." Established in late 2018 by Health Equity Program Coordinator Nélida Berke, The Alignment is dedicated to fostering collaboration among diverse individuals and community organizations. Our vision is a Greater Portland where everyone has a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible.
