Wasena Bridge Construction Update

Installation for all five Y-piers is complete and 75% of the structural steel tub girders have been delivered and placed with more arriving in January to complete the bridge span over the Roanoke River. The most exciting update is that we have started to pour concrete for the bridge deck. This is just the first of several concrete pours to come that will make up the driving and walking surface of the bridge.
