Concrete Games Installed

Permanent, weather-resistant concrete game tables (2) and two sets of concrete cornhole boards were installed at Kiwanis Family Park on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, and Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

Starting March 8, 2026, Sanford Parks and Grounds Department staff will provide cornhole bags and game pieces for chess, checkers, and backgammon during the park’s standard operating hours (weather dependent) and during City events.

The park is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. November through March and from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. April through October.

Kiwanis Family Park is located at 1800 Wicker Street in Sanford.
