Housing Production Plan

A final draft of Southbridge's first Housing Production Plan (HPP) is now available!

With contributions from a HPP Working Group and technical support from Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC), this project will ensure that we have an effective roadmap for Southbridge's housing. A Housing Production Plan (HPP) also helps Southbridge abide by the Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40B.
