Calder Way Project Phase 2A Update (April 30)

Dear property owners, business managers, and other stakeholders:

The Borough of State College is writing to provide you with the latest updates regarding Phase 2A of the Calder Way Improvement Project.

The site will remain unactive until the contractor returns on Monday, May 11th. Before leaving the site crews pulled in fences and cleaned around the site as much as they could for more pedestrian access. Please note that correspondence will be sent later next week regarding student move-out.

Beginning Monday, May 11th, the contractor will start installing stormwater infrastructure.

The Borough wants to emphasize that primary communications will be sent via email through the Calder Way Communications list. Weekly updates will be provided on Thursday afternoons, and there will be times you will receive more than one update per week as conditions change.

Please remember that projects of this nature are fluid and often change, and they can be impacted by inclement weather. You will be updated in a timely manner about these changes as they are received.
