Sulphur Springs Neighborhood Action Plan
Hello, Sulphur Springs neighbors!
We are excited to announce the launch of the Tampa WeatherWise Small Business Grant Program. The Program helps small businesses in Sulphur Springs (and West Tampa) strengthen their resilience to extreme weather and climate-related disruptions—such as flooding, extreme heat, and power outages. Are you a small business or do you know a small business located on Nebraska Avenue or Florida Avenue? Click here to learn more about the grant program and here for more details and how apply!
May 7th is a big City Council day for Sulphur Springs! City Planning will be making two presentations - first, a final presentation on the wrap up of the Neighborhood Action Plan, and second, a presentation on potential "catalytic projects" for implementation of the Plan. A "catalytic project" is a project that sparks action and creates momentum for change. To learn more about how to attend and speak at City Council, click here. Your input and advocacy helps shape the future of Sulphur Springs - we hope to see you on May 7th!
