Next steps for Regent Street, Haymarket and Piccadilly Circus

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the masterplan and movement strategy for the future of Regent Street, Haymarket and Piccadilly Circus. 

During this engagement period, we heard from nearly 3,500 people through our online survey and nearly 1,500 people across 31 live events. This included a range of workshops, on-site assessments, drop-in days at our Vigo Street hub, and pop-ups across Westminster. 

Through engaging with communities and key stakeholders, we have gained valuable insights about your priorities for enhancing streets and spaces across the Regent Street, Haymarket and Piccadilly Circus district. We are now in the process of analysing all your feedback, which we will use to guide the development of detailed designs. You will be able to read more about the insights we gathered in our public engagement summary report, which we will publish in autumn 2025. 

In the meantime, we will continue to engage with key stakeholders and conduct detailed studies to refine our plans so that we can deliver the best experience for all. We look forward to sharing detailed plans with you in summer 2026 as part of the final consultation, where you will have another opportunity to have your say on the finalised designs.
