Future of Regent Street, Haymarket and Piccadilly Circus
Westminster City Council and The Crown Estate are working together to reimagine the public realm of Regent Street, Haymarket, and Piccadilly Circus. The public realm is the space between the buildings, such as streets, squares, gardens and other associated open spaces.
We have been working with you to help to shape the future of these streets and spaces, to create a lasting legacy—delivering sustainable, inclusive, and world-class public spaces at the heart of the West End.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. The summer 2025 consultation has now closed, but look out for further updates soon.
