Concept Design Options: Engagement Report

Thank You for Your Feedback – Engagement Report Now Published

We’re pleased to let you know that the Concept Design Engagement Report (RIBA Stage 2) for the Little Venice Canalside and Paddington Green areas is now available to view on our Commonplace site.

Between April and May 2025, we asked for your thoughts on two design options for each site. Your feedback has been crucial in shaping the future direction of the project.

What’s Next?

We are now using your input to develop a single, unified design for each location, taking into account technical requirements, costs, and wider urban design considerations.

The next phase will focus on confirming a final list of improvements for each site and preparing a Concept Design Report that combines the most valued ideas into a hybrid option. At the same time, we’ll begin progressing priority areas including the design and delivery of St Mary’s Inclusive Playground, developing Stone Wharf to support new uses such as outdoor learning, and commissioning artwork to enhance the Canalside bridges.

Thank you once again for helping to shape the future of these local spaces. We’ll continue to share updates as the designs move forward.
