Queens Park Avenues Local Development Order
Westminster City Council has made it easier to upgrade historic sash windows in Queens Park Avenues.
From May 2026, you no longer need to apply for planning permission to install double-glazing if your new windows match the appearance of the original windows. This means upgrading your windows will be quicker and less costly.
