Phase I Underway

Phase I has begun, with building demolition and sidewalks taking shape.

Preliminary project plans have been submitted and approved under the FRDAP Grant. Additional submittals for utilities and building components are in progress. Phase I is now underway, with building demolition and sidewalk installation in progress.
