Construction Bids Are In

The Town of Southbridge went out for construction bids for the QVRT Improvements and we're so pleased to announce that (5) five of the 12 bids came in under budget! It couldn't be better news for the Town. We're waiting for our grantors, the Economic Development Administration (EDA), to approve the bid. In the meantime, the Town Council votes on July 22 to accept the bid contingent on the EDA's approval. We hope to be in construction by August 2024 and completing the work by October 2025. --very exciting!
