Considerada una estrategia policial basada en relaciones y generadora de confianza, ofrece oportunidades para curar viejas heridas y construir nuevas relaciones, al tiempo que permite a los miembros y agentes de la comunidad ir más allá de conflictos de larga data y garantizar la seguridad en vecindarios históricamente peligrosos.
