BR-26-C1 - This project brings new water mains, sanitary and storm sewer upgrades, fresh pavement, sidewalks, and modern street lighting—all for a safer, better neighborhood! Stay tuned!

BR-26-H1 - Major road construction is coming to 32nd Ave S! A new concrete road will replace the aging one, with upgrades to drainage, water, and sewer. Expect traffic impacts. Stay tuned for updates and detours!

BR-26-E1 - Major upgrades coming: new water & sewer lines, storm inlets, sidewalk & driveway fixes, and fresh asphalt paving. A smoother, safer road is on the way!

PN-26-A1 - Smooth streets ahead! 🚧 We're laying the final asphalt layer to enhance ride quality, drainage, and fix pavement issues. Expect some lane closures, reduced parking, and temporary sidewalk

Phase 3 of the Belmont Park Flood Project begins April 2026, adding levees, floodwalls, relocations, and new trees through fall completion.

BR-26-A1 - Major upgrades planned for new water main, water and sanitary services, storm sewer, sidewalk, driveways, asphalt paving and street lighting.

Crews will be working in the public right-of-way near your property. This work may involve identifying or working around private utility lines, which are not always marked by standard locating services. You may see utility flags, paint markings, or equipment in the area as part of this process.
