17th Avenue South (BR-26-G1)
A full rebuild is coming to 17 Ave S—new utilities, better drainage, rebuilt pavement, and a shared‑use path. Construction begins in 2027 with phased work to reduce impacts.
4th Avenue N at 29th St North (BR-26-I1)
Delivers smooth new pavement, refreshed sidewalks, and updated street features.
Hawthorne Neighborhood Reconstruction (BR-27-B1)
BR‑27‑B1 – New water mains, upgraded sanitary and storm systems, fresh pavement, better sidewalks, and modern lighting for a safer, more connected neighborhood.

Red River Bridge Replacement - 12th Ave N Fargo/15th Ave N Moorhead
QR-25-B0- Bridge reconstruction project to replace the 12th Avenue North/15th Avenue North Bridge that crosses over the Red River between Fargo and Moorhead.
Red River Pedestrian Bridge (40th Avenue South to Bluestem)
QN-23-B The City of Fargo, in partnership with the City of Moorhead, is proposing to construct a pedestrian bridge and shared-use path across the Red River.
