Routine Maintenance - Summer 2025
Cypress Gardens Blvd Construction: 1st St NW - Hwy 17
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) began an intersection improvement and safety project on SR 540 at US 17 and SR 540 at 1st Street South in Winter Haven, Florida in April 2023. The project consists of adding turn lanes, making median improvements, paving, updating signals, and improving lighting.

Lake Conine Treatment Wetland Project

Lake Maude Phase II
Phase II of the Park will include two new baseball fields, an additional practice field, additional parking areas, connecting sidewalks. The project also will include pedestrian and traffic calming improvements.
