The Septic to Sewer initiative in Area 6A South will replace septic systems with centralized sewer service to improve water quality, environmental health, and long-term system reliability.

Downtown Parking Garage Maintenance
Routine Maintenance - Summer 2025
Cypress Gardens Blvd Construction: 1st St NW - Hwy 17
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) began an intersection improvement and safety project on SR 540 at US 17 and SR 540 at 1st Street South in Winter Haven, Florida in April 2023. The project consists of adding turn lanes, making median improvements, paving, updating signals, and improving lighting.

Lake Maude Phase II
