The Town of Nantucket, through a collaborative partnership between the Nantucket Affordable Housing Trust and the Nantucket Land Bank, is undertaking a residential structure relocation and redevelopment project to expand the Town’s supply of income-restricted homeownership opportunities.

Bargain sale completed in December 2021, utilizing Community Preservation Committee's (CPC) funds.

Ticcoma Green is a Town-led affordable and workforce housing project at 6 Fairgrounds Road and 4 Waitt Drive that will create 64 year-round rental homes.

This project would provide stable, affordable housing options close to critical Town services, easing this burden and ensuring housing security.

Builder Billy Cassidy partnered with developer Housing Nantucket, to permit and construct the 22-unit workforce housing development on the former Fred “Wiggles” Coffin family 2 acre-property.
