TOWNSHIP OF WHITEWATER REGION - Plan of Subdivision application to complete development creating 64 residential units.
Pine Point Trail Subdivision (47T25001)
TOWN OF DEEP RIVER - Application 47T25001 has been submitted for a new residential development consisting of 22 residential lots varying in size from 0.21 hectares to 0.87 hectares with lot frontages ranging from 34.3 metres to 87.1 metres. A new internal road is proposed as Street B. There are two blocks for greenspace (Blocks 23 and 24). The majority of the proposed lots have been designed to front internally on the new Street B.
